Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the TigerFunded website located at tigerfunded.com or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About TigerFunded

TigerFunded (“TigerFunded,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a propfirm offering simulated trading evaluation programs and related services. We do not accept public deposits, manage client funds, or execute trades on behalf of third parties. Any funded account made available through TigerFunded is provided under proprietary risk management parameters and subject to our rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to use our Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

4. Evaluation Challenges

4.1 Challenge Rules

Each evaluation challenge is governed by specific rules communicated at the time of purchase, including but not limited to:

• Maximum daily loss limits

• Overall drawdown limits

• Profit targets

• Minimum and maximum trading day requirements

• Restricted trading instruments, strategies, or systems, where applicable

Violation of any challenge rule may result in disqualification, suspension, or termination of the account, with or without refund, at our sole discretion.

4.2 Special 500K Challenge Terms

The 500K challenge operates under a trailing drawdown model. This means the drawdown limit adjusts based on the highest account equity achieved during the challenge. Participants must ensure that their current simulated equity does not fall below this dynamically adjusted drawdown threshold.

4.3 Funded Accounts

Upon successful completion of a challenge, eligible traders may receive access to a funded demo account or other funded account format offered by TigerFunded. Such accounts are subject to additional rules, policies, and payout conditions communicated at the time of funding.

4.4 No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. All trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Payments, Fees, Refunds, and Reset

5.1 Fees

Fees for challenges and related services are displayed at the time of purchase. By purchasing any Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your selected plan or challenge. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are charged in USD and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this section or in our Refund Policy.

5.2 Refund Policy

Challenge fees are generally non-refundable once the evaluation period has commenced. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical failure on our part that materially prevented participation. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@tigerfunded.com.

5.3 Free Retry / Free Reset

After your first simulated reward, if things do not go as planned, TigerFunded may offer a free reset allowing you to restart the demo challenge phase at no additional cost, subject to the eligibility conditions, trading rules, and operational criteria then in effect. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time.

5.4 Challenge Profit Bonus Once Funded

TigerFunded may offer an additional simulated profit bonus to traders who successfully complete an Evaluation and become funded demo traders. Where applicable, starting from the second reward, the trader may receive 20% of the simulated profits earned during the challenge, together with the refundable fee, subject to the rules and payout conditions in effect at the time.

5.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate and permanent account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to contest any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback.

6. Reward and Payout Conditions

After the initial 14 business day period following activation of a funded demo account, the 7 business day simulated reward rule will apply, unless otherwise stated in the applicable account rules.

Funded accounts with a payout request rejected due to a violation of trading rules or compliance requirements are no longer eligible for future payouts on that account. Once a payout is declined for such a reason, the account may be considered permanently ineligible for any further profit withdrawals.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Trading Practices

You agree not to engage in conduct that violates our Platform rules, live market simulation standards, or fair use requirements. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Use of trading practices that contradict live trading conditions or exploit market inefficiencies for unfair advantage

• Gambling-style trading behavior, abusive tick scalping, arbitrage bots, reverse arbitrage, latency arbitrage, or any emulator, exploit, or abusive system designed to manipulate or abuse our systems or services

• Copying trades or strategies of other traders without authorization, including group trading, account management services, or coordinated trading intended to circumvent our controls

• Using the same Expert Advisor (EA) or substantially identical automated strategy across multiple accounts in a prohibited manner

• Maxing out account leverage or engaging in reckless risk behavior inconsistent with our rules

• Leaving positions unmanaged solely until profit targets are reached in a manner inconsistent with genuine trading conduct

• Hedging across multiple accounts to circumvent account rules

• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or compliance checks

• Sharing, selling, assigning, or transferring your account credentials or account access to any third party

• Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or compromise the Platform

High-Frequency Trading (HFT) is permitted only during challenge phases where expressly allowed and is prohibited on funded demo accounts.

Automated Trading Systems, including Expert Advisors (EAs), are strictly prohibited on funded demo accounts unless explicitly authorized by TigerFunded in writing. Detection of unauthorized automated systems may result in immediate account closure or termination, without exception.

We may monitor technical and compliance signals, including IP addresses and login patterns, to detect violations. IP addresses may be allowed from the same country identified by the trader during the KYC process, while access patterns from other countries may be restricted, investigated, or treated as a compliance violation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, software, text, graphics, logos, and functionality of the Platform are the exclusive property of TigerFunded or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TIGERFUNDED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TigerFunded, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform or Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or compliance concerns. Termination does not entitle you to any refund unless expressly required by law or approved by us in writing.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
